About the role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel arrangements and provide tailored travel solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the travel industry, hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and the ability to coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa applications, and tour packages efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and travel insurance.
- Provide expert travel advice and design tailored itineraries for clients.
- Process visa applications and manage documentation compliance.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and build client relationships.
- Manage booking changes, refunds, and customer inquiries.
Requirements
- A minimum of an HND in a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel consulting or sales.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.
- Proven basic knowledge of visa processing for major destinations.
- At least some basic exposure to Tour packaging (hotel booking, transfers and Tours)
- Excellent customer service, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Resident on the island due to commuting
Location: Along Ologolo/Igboefon Axis. Lekki, Lagos
Benefits
Remuneration: NGN 300,000–400,000 Monthly Net
