Property Portfolio: High-End Residential Properties (Luxury Expatriate Apartments)
Reporting Line: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Remuneration: Strongly Competitive (Commensurate with experience and competence; performance-based review every 3 months)
Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee the complete day-to-day operations, business performance, administration, and facility management of two high-end luxury residential properties in Maitama, Abuja. Reporting directly to the Managing Director/CEO, the ideal candidate will bridge technical building expertise with executive hospitality standards, ensuring seamless facility upkeep, financial accountability, team leadership, and premium service delivery for expatriate residents.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational & Executive Management
- Oversee all day-to-day business and property operations on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Drive key company objectives relating to profitability, operational excellence, and high client satisfaction.
- Represent the Managing Director in strategic meetings and engagements as assigned.
- Provide comprehensive regular reporting to executive management on business activities and operational metrics.
- Ensure business targets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Follow up on all delegated assignments and projects to guarantee completion.
