About the role
Help People Plan the Lives They Want
At Community Access Unlimited (CAU), our Support Coordination team has helped adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across New Jersey plan their services since 2013, in English and Spanish.
We're looking for a full-time Support Coordinator to cover Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Passaic counties. You'll help adults who are eligible for services from New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) build a plan for their lives, find the supports that fit it, and make sure those supports keep working.

What You'll Do
Help each person you support create a personalized plan for their services.

Once a person's NJ Individualized Service Plan (NJISP) is approved, oversee the follow-along services they receive each month.
Visit people in their homes and check in by phone every month.

Keep documentation complete and in line with CAU and DDD standards.
Keep billing records for all supports provided, and log all support activity as DDD requires.

Why Join CAU
Since 1979, Community Access Unlimited has helped adults with disabilities and young people at risk across New Jersey live full, independent lives. Today we support more than 5,000 individuals, and we're still growing.
Purpose you can see. You'll help people shape their own plans, then watch those plans come to life.
A mission-driven culture. We put the people we serve first, which means we value inclusion, choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
Room to grow. Paid training, tuition assistance, and a tuition discount at Kean University (if eligible) help you build your career here.
Competitive pay and benefits. Full-time staff receive medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and more.
