About the role
Step Into Leadership
At Community Access Unlimited (CAU), we help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) live as independently as possible, in apartments of their own and as part of their communities.
As a Support Leader, you'll assist the Director with running the day-to-day operations of one of our Group Homes. You'll lead a small team of part-time direct support staff, make sure the people we serve get great support, and keep the program organized, safe, and on track. It's an ideal next step for an experienced DSP ready to lead.
