Sales Coordinator

Job Description

• Respond promptly to incoming RFPs (Requests for Proposals), phone inquiries, and emails regarding group room blocks, meeting spaces, and catering services.
• Draft and process sales contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), group resumes, proposals, and invoices with high accuracy.
• Assist sales managers during site inspections, show prospective clients the hotel's facilities/rooms, and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
• Coordinate closely with the related departments to ensure all group and event requirements are executed flawlessly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales production reports, manage the sales team's calendar, and track deposits and final payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional experience in hotel operations or sales management.
• Proficiency in standard hospitality industry software, including Property Management Systems (PMS) and Event Management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate effectively across internal departments.
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a customer-centric mindset.
