WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Registered Medication Aide, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications safely and accurately in accordance with Virginia regulations and community policies
Maintaining accurate medication records and documentation
Monitoring residents and reporting changes in health or behavior
Assisting residents with daily living activities as needed
Partnering with nursing staff and caregivers to provide exceptional resident care
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Supporting residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification
Must be at least 18 years old
Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience preferred
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
