What You'll Do
Safely administer medications in accordance with Virginia regulations
Assist residents with daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor resident well-being and report changes to the care team
Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers
Provide compassionate, personalized care to our Memory Care residents
What We're Looking For
Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification or other applicable medication administration qualification
At least 18 years old
Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
CNA/PCA experience is a plus
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements
