About the role
Regional Director
Flexco is looking for an experienced Regional Director to lead our business across Europe, the Middle East, UK, and Africa (EMEA). As a member of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will shape regional strategy, identify and pursue growth opportunities, develop high-performing teams, and translate Flexco’s global priorities into strong, sustainable regional results.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
10+ years of general management experience with P&L accountability.
Leadership experience in a multinational or global organization.
Strong sales and marketing expertise combined with broad operational experience.
Demonstrated success leading teams, developing talent, and delivering business growth.
Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Customer-focused, ethical leadership style with a growth mindset.
Must reside within the Europe, Middle East, UK or Africa (EMEA) region.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with customer needs, market conditions, and corporate objectives.
Drive revenue, profit, margin, cash, and productivity performance.
Strengthen market penetration, customer relationships, and new-market development.
Partner with regional, business unit, functional, and executive leaders to align resources and investments.
Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and knowledge transfer.
Ensure appropriate operational, financial, safety, legal, and compliance controls.
Bring regional perspectives to companywide strategy and Senior Leadership Team decisions.
