Learning Program Specialist
Downers Grove, IL | Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote |
BUILD LEADERS. SHAPE HOW WE LEARN.
Love designing learning that changes how people lead, work, and grow? Join a collaborative, dynamic Training and Development team at Flexco, a global manufacturer of conveyor system solutions with locations in 16 countries. You'll own our Leading Others and Leading Ahead leadership development programs and help build the learning behind our digital maturity journey. You'll work directly with leaders across the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own our leadership development programs. Design, facilitate, and continuously improve Leading Others and Leading Ahead, with practice-based follow-up that extends learning beyond the classroom.
Advance digital learning and AI enablement. Help employees and leaders adopt new tools and support our network of digital ambassadors representing each Flexco location.
Design learning that sticks. Build blended experiences, including eLearning, workshops, and simulations.
Partner with leaders. Work with HR and business leaders across functions and regions to identify skill gaps and turn them into practical learning solutions.
Run core programs. Deliver compliance training and support onboarding of new hires.
Measure what matters: from participation to performance to business impact.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Leadership Development, including ownership of or significant contribution to leadership programs
Engaging facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual settings
Hands-on experience with AI tools and learning technology (LMS, eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar, Microsoft Teams)
Comfort using learning data to improve programs
Domestic travel up to 20%
Nice to have: Global or multi-site experience and simulation-based learning. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we welcome talent from any industry.
