About the role
Type: Full-Time
Location: Carson, California
Responsibilities
- Business Planning and Performance Management
- Develop the business unit’s annual business plan and establish targets for volume, revenue, and profitability
- Analyze customer-specific volumes, revenue, and costs, and prepare monthly management reports
- Customs Clearance Process Standardization
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customs operations, including ISF, Entry, PSC, Reconciliation, FTZ, T&E
- Systems Improvement and Automation
- Plan integration projects between customer ERP systems and FNS EDI, and document business requirements
- Submit and test enhancement requests for the customs system (ICHB), and design validation rules, including pop-up alerts and flags
- Develop and maintain model and item master data, and drive automation initiatives such as AI-powered OCR
- Develop customs operations monitoring dashboards and exception notification workflows
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Strong data analysis, report writing, and proposal development skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
The base salary range for this role is between $55,000–$75,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
