What You'll Bring

We're especially interested in educators with professional experience in early childhood classrooms, a strong understanding of child development, and a commitment to play-based, relationship-centered teaching.

ECE coursework, a CDA, an associate's or bachelor's degree, or continued enrollment in an Early Childhood Education program are highly valued.

You'll also need to meet applicable New Mexico childcare licensing requirements, complete required background checks, and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
