Are you passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and learning how products work? Weimer Bearing & Transmission is looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Piedmont/Greenville, South Carolina team within our Carolina Bearing & Belting Division!

This is a great opportunity for someone with inside sales experience, strong customer service skills, and an interest in technical products. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships — all while developing the technical knowledge to grow your career in industrial sales.

What You'll Do:

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you'll be an important part of our customer-focused sales team. You'll combine customer service, technical learning, and problem-solving to help customers find the products and solutions they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and help turn quotes into orders
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and requests
• Provide product information and help identify technical solutions to meet customer needs
• Coordinate returns, expedite orders, and communicate order status updates
• Develop a strong understanding of our product lines and their industrial applications
• Participate in our internal training program to build product knowledge and technical sales skills
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service, clear communication, and dependable follow-through
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• At least one year of inside sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning technical products
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Industrial sales or power transmission product experience preferred
• Experience with the Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system is a plus
