- You will partner with Market and Regional Finance, Country Management and Commercial Finance leadership to provide effective finance leadership across assigned markets, supporting business objectives and operational continuity while safeguarding financial integrity.
- You will ensure appropriate Finance support for local legal-entity governance and Board requirements, including Finance representation on local Boards of Directors where applicable, and will be accountable for delivery against agreed operational budgets, productivity commitments and approved transformation business cases.
- You will build and sustain a strong, inclusive and connected GBS culture that creates a shared sense of purpose across teams, locations and capabilities.
