The service

Lumirole helps you find jobs: it collects listings from employers' career sites, scores how well each one matches your profile, alerts you to new matches, and can tailor your resume for a job.

AutoApply, a feature that submits applications on your behalf, is coming soon. The AutoApply sections below apply once it is available and you turn it on.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Job listings

Lumirole is not the employer and does not post jobs. Listings come from employers' own career sites; we don't verify them, and a job may be filled, changed, or closed before we notice. Unless you use AutoApply, you apply on the employer's site, and the employer's terms apply there.

Match scores and other insights are automated estimates to help you decide where to apply. They are not advice and may be wrong.

AutoApply and your approvals

When AutoApply is on, applications we submit are made in your name using your profile, resume, and the answers you provide, and you authorize us to submit them to employers and their application systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.

In review mode we ask for your approval before submitting. In automatic mode we submit applications that match your settings without asking first. You can pause AutoApply at any time in the app or by replying PAUSE to our messages.

Replies you send by email or text (for example approving a job or answering an application question) are treated as instructions from you.

Automated processing

We use automated systems, including AI models, to match jobs, tailor resumes, draft answers to application questions, and interpret your replies. Review anything we generate before you use it; suggested answers are marked as suggestions until you accept them.

Messages we send

We send service emails about your account and job search: job alerts for new matches, reminders to finish setting up your profile, occasional short surveys, and, with AutoApply, updates about your applications. You can turn alerts, reminders, and surveys off in notification settings. Text messages are only sent if you separately opt in; see the SMS Terms.

Feedback and reports

If you send us feedback, rate a match, report a job, or answer a survey, we may use it to improve the service without any obligation to you.

Shared job links

Job share links open a public page that anyone with the link can view. They show the job listing only, not your profile.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy in bulk, or resell Lumirole's listings or data; don't access the service with bots or automated tools; and don't submit false information or false reports.

Your account

You can sign up with your email address or with your Google account. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

If you use Google sign-in, Google's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your Google account. If you sign in with Google using an email address that already has an account here, both sign-in methods open that same account.

We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

No guarantee

We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or that any employer will receive or review an application. Employers' sites may change or block automated submissions.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Lumirole is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by employers.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new version date and email you about material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
