Werkstudent Human Resources (m/w/d)

In dieser Stelle wirst du folgende Verantwortlichkeiten haben:

• Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Mitarbeit an aktuellen HR-Transformationsprojekten
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
• Aufbereitung von HR-Daten, Auswertungen und Präsentationen
• Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer HR-Aufgaben

Wer du bist:
Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, überzeugst durch dein freundliches Auftreten und kommunizierst effektiv in verschiedenen Situationen. Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an moderner HR-Arbeit, arbeitest systematisch und sorgfältig und behältst deine Aufgaben zuverlässig im Blick.

Das bringst du mit:

• Laufendes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Rechts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, großes Organisationstalent und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen, die dich von anderen abheben:

• Erste praktische Einblicke in betriebliche Abläufe idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
• Bereitschaft, bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten
• Zuverlässigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung
