Plan people and resources around forecast volumes and changing operational demands.

Champion a strong safety culture and ensure Health & Safety standards and procedures are consistently followed.
Manage team performance, attendance, development and training while supporting the wider operation when required.

Strong people leadership skills and the confidence to motivate a large operational team.
Experience in resource planning, workforce deployment and performance management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to improving performance and ways of working.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
