About the Position
We're hiring for 2 roles:
- 1 x Permanent Warehouse Assistant
- 1 x Casual/Temporary Warehouse Assistant
Not sure which suits you? Apply anyway. We're flexible.
Join our warehouse team at our Braeside, Melbourne site. You'll help keep our bikes, parts and customer orders moving, from the moment stock arrives to the moment it goes out the door.
We've recently moved into a bigger Melbourne site, so initially there'll be some extra hands-on work getting the warehouse organised, stock put away and everything running smoothly.
It's hands-on work with plenty of variety. You'll work closely with our Warehouse and Logistics Manager and the wider team, who will set your priorities each day.
You'll need previous warehouse experience, an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. We're a small team, so everyone pitches in.
Why Join Us?
- Growth: Room to learn new skills as our company expands.
- Supportive Team: A close-knit, supportive crew with a great work culture.
- Hands-on Variety: Inventory management, technical parts handling, and dispatch operations to name a few.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound: Receive stock, inspect deliveries, unload safely, and manage customer, dealer, and workshop orders.
- Inventory Control: Record stock movements using Inventory Management system, assist with stocktakes, and flag discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Warehouse Standards: Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and adhere to Dangerous Goods (DG), and general WHS safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Hands-on background in warehouse operations.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is a bonus.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely manoeuvre equipment and heavy stock.
- Key Traits: Strong work ethic, high attention to detail and a solid team player.
- Work Rights: Permanent unrestricted right to work in Australia.
Nice to Have
- Forklift licence or willingness to get one.
- Experience working with automotive, motorcycle, EV or technical parts.
