About the role
Starting Rate: $19.15/hour plus $2/hour shift differential for 3rd shift.Base Hours: Nights 3rd shift 11pm-7am, overtime as needed.Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915
Additional incentives:
$100 safety shoe reimbursement
Cross training
Daily Pay Available
As our Warehouse Lead, you will:
Set-up kitting jobs for you and your team
Work and run small machinery, make minor machine adjustments – i.e. shrink wrap, labeler
Complete production and productivity paperwork
Ensure quality of product through your kitting line
Train and oversee workers assigned to multiple jobs
Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the supervisor.
Operate forklift and electric walkie rider to move pallets of product
No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.
Physical Requirements:
Job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
You’ll be standing or walk for the entire duration of your shift
Qualifications:
Prior lead or training experience preferred
