Warehouse & Mailroom Assistant

Description

As a Warehouse & Mailroom Assistant, you will accept incoming forms from printers, stock, maintain inventory counts, and handle mail operations. You will work closely with folder/inserter and mail machines. You will work closely with a team and assist facility manager with any moves.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receives, opens, and sorts incoming mail, delivers within the company.
• Maintains document Folder/ Inserter machine, cleans, builds mailing projects.
• Delivers and picks up inter-office mail.
• Prepares Certified mail.
• Accepts printing material, stocks storage area and maintains inventory.
• Prepares variety of documents, including collating, envelope stuffing, stapling.
• Lifts, carries, and opens boxes of office and customer supplies.

Requirements

• Equivalent to high school graduation OR GED.
• Basic knowledge of office procedures, and office machine operation.
• 1+ years of general office clerical, mail room and/or supply room experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for periods of time to run mailing machines.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft office products: Outlook, Excel, and Word
