What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
• Answer phones and respond to client questions
• Schedule appointments and check clients in and out
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Own your tasks and responsibilities to deliver positive outcomes
• Support the team in providing outstanding patient care and exceptional client service
