We are currently seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of Treasury Management products and services for business members. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process, partnering with business members, internal teams, and vendors to ensure a seamless experience and successful adoption of services. You will coordinate projects, provide product expertise and training, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures. By building strong relationships and collaborating across departments, you will help deliver treasury solutions that meet business member needs, support strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and uphold service expectations while balancing risk throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Administer end-to-end implementation of Treasury Management products and services for assigned business members.
• Develop implementation plans, coordinate timelines, ensure completion of required documentation, and facilitate successful onboarding for business members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business members during implementation.
• Monitor implementation progress and troubleshoot implementation-related issues.

What You'll Need:

• Three to five years of similar or related experience
• Associates degree, or completion of two year degree or similar. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred

Key Skills and Experience:

• Excellent relationship building, consultation, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of business and treasury management products and services; and experience with project management methodologies.
• Experience with risk management, internal controls, policy application, and process development.
• Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.

• Experienced in Microsoft 365 technologies to include Excel, Word, and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
