Update TMS and RTS files after receiving morning reports.
Research and correct data errors (e.g., pallet sizes) to ensure clean reporting.
Coordinate with production team members regarding displays, cradling, and calibration needs.
Mark purchase orders as “Ready to Ship” and plan ahead using daily RTS updates.

Record RTS confirmation numbers and send updates to internal team members.
Check Delivered/Transit tabs to verify PO commitment status and locate BOLs.
Submit overage tickets for any purchase orders left off trucks.
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in Excel (multiple tabs, formulas, data entry).
