Are you an experienced rehabilitation professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a motivated Therapy Program Manager to oversee rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting in Warren, Michigan.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys supporting therapists, developing clinical teams, and ensuring residents receive quality rehabilitation care.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Coordinate and oversee daily physical, occupational, and speech therapy operations.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to rehabilitation staff.
- Monitor productivity, staffing, and department performance.
- Promote quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Michigan license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous rehabilitation leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
