Department Overview
The Corporate Business Operation Department is an organization that supports the stability and growth of the business by ensuring system quality from multiple perspectives-ranging from requirement definition and progress management to logistics and maintenance/operational support. We are deeply involved in the entire service lifecycle, from system development to post-release operations, providing robust support to our enterprise sales teams through both technical and operational expertise.

The Quality Management Group is a team of experts supporting the growth of Rakuten Mobile's enterprise business, consisting of the UAT/FUT Management Team (responsible for pre-release quality assurance) and the System Quality Management Team (responsible for stable operation post-release). Acting as a bridge between the business and engineering sides, we enhance the quality and reliability of our enterprise services.

The UAT/FUT Management Team is responsible for quality assurance through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and FUT (Functional User Testing) prior to the release of enterprise services and internal tools. We verify that newly developed features are correctly reflected in the system, preventing post-release issues. As a bridge between the business and engineering teams, we also validate usability from a user perspective and ensure operational compatibility. Additionally, we are responsible for verifying the consistency of monthly customer invoices and handling any issues that may arise.

We are currently promoting "test automation using AI" and are at a phase where we can transform the very nature of testing using the latest technologies, such as utilizing Generative AI to streamline test design. This is a highly rewarding role that supports the growth of the enterprise business from both technical and operational perspectives.

In addition to expertise in test design, test automation, and Generative AI utilization, you will develop the ability to coordinate from both business and engineering perspectives. Experience in ensuring the quality of large-scale telecommunications services is highly valued in the market and can be leveraged across a wide range of fields, including QA, testing, product management, and quality strategy.

Position Details
・Lead the entire testing process, from test strategy formulation and planning to case design, UAT/FUT execution management, and results analysis.
・Plan and drive test automation using Generative AI and other tools to improve efficiency in test design and enhance quality.
・Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams to confirm and coordinate specifications, and validate usability and operational fit from a user perspective.
・Verify the consistency of monthly invoices and respond promptly in case of any issues.
・Research the latest quality assurance technologies and evaluate/drive their implementation within the team.

Work Environment
The department consists of approximately 35 members, with the Quality Management Group comprising about 10 people.

Mandatory Qualifications:
・Practical experience in software development or testing (no specific number of years required).
　Experience in either development or test design/execution.
・Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
　Experience working in cooperation with stakeholders from different backgrounds, such as business and engineering teams.
・Proactive learning attitude and sense of responsibility.
　A positive mindset toward taking on new technologies and business domains.

Desired Qualifications:
・Knowledge of test automation: Practical experience using test automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
・Knowledge of test design: Knowledge of test design techniques (e.g., boundary value analysis, state transition diagrams) and experience applying them in practice.
・Knowledge of Generative AI utilization: Experience using Generative AI tools for business or test design, or a strong interest in doing so.
・Experience as a bridge: Experience acting as a liaison between business and engineering sides, leading requirement coordination and smooth communication.
・Experience in Agile development/project management: Practical experience in an Agile environment, or experience in project progress management and member support/mentoring.
・Others: Experience in researching and evaluating the introduction of the latest quality assurance technologies.
