Tecnico de Procesos

El Tenico de Procesos asegura la programación, ejecución y actualización del programa de mantenimiento anual, Matriz Legal EHS, cursos de capacitaciones para el personal, reabastos de insumos indispensables para las operaciones, atención de proveedores para cotizaciones.

Responsabilidades:

• Mantener en optimas condiciones y en funcionamiento los equipos, herramientas e instalaciones como son áreas de Operaciones, realizando o programando los mantenimientos preventivos, productos y regulares que requieran.
• Coordinar con proveedores y cumplir 100% con el Programa de Capacitación (VIM, Brigadas, Trabajos de alto riesgo.
• Atencion de proveedores para de mantenimientos en instalaciones del sitio, seguimiento de cotizaciones, ingreso de solicitudes internas, firma electrónica de facturas de servicios realizados hasta concluir servicio requerido.
• Seguimiento al plan mensual de mantenimientos del sitio y control de evidencia documental.
• Control de gastos del presupuesto mensual y anual, reporte de gastos mensual.
• Seguimiento en inscripción a cursos de seguridad de proveedores, Inspección de trabajos de alto riesgo de contratistas, verificación de llenado de permisos de trabajo, check list de arnés y canastilla, control de documentación de proveedores.
• Actualización de Matriz legal y seguimiento a renovación de licencias legales del sitio.
• Seguimiento de auditorias mensual de 5´S en áreas y/o pasillos conforme al plan de trabajo y áreas certificadas.

Requerimientos:

• Experiencia con Operaciones, Distribución y ATC.
• 1 a 2 años con puesto a fin.
