About the role
Bring the fun, deliver the service.
As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face of our venue—welcoming customers, delivering great service, and keeping the atmosphere lively from the first hello to the final game. This is a varied, hands-on role: you must be fully flexible with your working hours and duties, including being available to work evenings and weekends. You’ll work across different customer-service areas as required, including slots host, bar service, cooking, book sales, and reception.
You’ll follow clear service standards, support colleagues wherever needed, and escalate issues promptly to the appropriate person.
Your Impact
Customer experience: Greet, serve, and support customers with a friendly, helpful approach so every visit feels welcoming and enjoyable.
Flexible service delivery: Carry out a range of customer-service tasks across the venue, including slots host duties, serving at the bar, cooking and preparing food, selling bingo books, and welcoming and assisting customers at reception. Move between these areas as required to meet customer and business needs.
Venue standards: Keep queues moving, clear tables, maintain clean and tidy service areas, and reset promptly between sessions.
Game support: Help customers understand how our games work and maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere around the venue.
Safety and compliance: Follow health and safety, food hygiene, licensing, and safer-gambling procedures. Carry out required age checks, challenge age-restricted activity appropriately, and report incidents or concerns promptly.
One-team approach: Communicate clearly with colleagues and step in wherever needed across front of house, the floor, food and beverage, reception, book sales, slots, and cleaning to keep service running smoothly.
You’ll Bring

Pace and focus: The ability to stay organised, work effectively in a busy environment, and maintain attention to detail.
Team spirit: Clear communication, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues on shift.
