Team Lead, Product Management - Cash, Transaction Banking

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive the strategy, development, and commercialization of Cash Management and Transaction Banking products.
• Define the product roadmap for cash management solutions, aligning with regional business goals and client needs.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Sales, and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure seamless product delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Drive product profitability, market share growth, and commercialization strategies across target segments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
• Oversee the risk management framework for cash products, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Transaction Banking, specifically within Cash Management (Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management).
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing product management teams.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and financial technology trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a focus on driving commercial outcomes and risk mitigation.
