Team Lead, Inventory Control

We’re looking for a colleague to join our new warehouse team in Amsterdam in the position of Team lead Inventory Control.

This role reports into the Supervisor Inventory Control.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as a hands-on senior team member, leading by example and supporting colleagues in daily operations.

• Train and support team members in warehouse management systems and processes.

• Coordinate daily inventory control activities, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed accurately.

• Perform and support cycle counts, inventory audits, investigations, and stock adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Review inventory variance reports and work with operations teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse operations.
