Team Lead, Country Operations

Operations Management & Compliance
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day country operations activities to ensure service commitments are achieved.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational exceptions, shipment delays, service failures and customer concerns.
Ensure operational activities are executed in accordance with established procedures, customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with transportation, warehouse, customs brokerage and customer service teams to facilitate seamless logistics execution.
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks to minimize service disruptions.
Support customer onboarding and implementation activities for new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards and contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
Work closely with external service providers and business partners to maintain operational effectiveness

Insights, Reporting & Others
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, cycle time, service quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational reports, business reviews and management dashboards.
Identify operational improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
Analyze operational trends and recommend solutions to improve service reliability and cost efficiency.
Support business continuity planning and risk mitigation initiatives. -Ensure variances are explained and accounted for timely and accurately.
Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders. -Participate in regional and global operational projects when required.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation,
distribution, supply chain or related fields. Good command of English language
to liaise with external parties and prepare reports
