Talent Engagement Specialist (Onsite)

Realynk Assistants is seeking a proactive and organized Talent Engagement Specialist to support recruitment, candidate engagement, and training. The role involves sourcing qualified candidates, managing recruitment communications, and facilitating training and onboarding to prepare Virtual Assistants for client deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels.
  

• Build and maintain a talent pool aligned with client requirements.
  

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
  

• Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and onboarding activities.
  

• Develop training materials, presentations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  

• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback and coaching.
  

• Maintain recruitment and training records and prepare progress reports.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and training processes.
  

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, training, or a related field.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Confidence in conducting interviews and facilitating training sessions.
  

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools.
  

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training, onboarding, or webinar facilitation.
  

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment pipelines.
  

• Experience creating training materials and SOPs.
  

• Background in recruiting Virtual Assistants, remote employees, or BPO professionals.
