We're hiring full-time Talent Acquisition Specialists for our on-site team in New Cairo, Egypt, to manage the full recruiting life cycle for our growing operations, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and a smooth start for every new hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting life cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and onboarding handoff
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements and develop job descriptions
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, university partnerships and community outreach, and build pipelines for current and upcoming needs
• Screen applicants, conduct phone and structured interviews, and coordinate assessments and hiring decisions with stakeholders
• Extend and manage offers, and guide candidates through pre-employment steps to their start date
• Keep candidates informed at every stage and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience
• Support employer branding through job postings, social content, career fairs and hiring events
• Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date, and report on recruiting metrics such as time to fill, pipeline volume and show rates
• Ensure every hiring step complies with company policies and Egyptian labor regulations
• Identify and suggest improvements to recruiting processes and practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field preferred
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting; high-volume or call center recruiting in a fast-paced, technology-driven or service-oriented environment preferred
• Strong full-life-cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening and offer management
• Skilled in interviewing and hiring, including structured interview techniques and stakeholder coordination
• Experience promoting an employer value proposition across channels; social media recruiting and hiring event experience preferred
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills, with fluent Arabic and professional English (CEFR B2 or higher)
• Strong organization and time management, with attention to detail and follow-through
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms and basic HR practices; Workday Recruiting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Egyptian labor law and hiring requirements preferred
