About the role
Strength in Trust
OneTrust’s mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI. We believe that ensuring data is trusted shouldn’t slow teams down—it should accelerate what’s possible. This led us to develop the first technology platform for responsible data use in 2016. Today, with AI representing the latest and most impactful expansion of data yet, OneTrust is once again redefining what responsible innovation looks like. OneTrust, the AI‑Ready Governance Platform™, unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows so businesses can continue to move at the speed of AI while ensuring good governance to prevent data misuse at scale. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, OneTrust is shaping the future where trusted data becomes a transformative force for business and society.
SVP, Marketing
Location: New York City, NY or Atlanta, GA
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
The Challenge
OneTrust helps organizations use data and AI responsibly. Our AI-Ready Governance Platform brings together regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows so organizations can innovate with greater visibility and control.
As we evolve our markets and portfolio, we're looking for a next-generation marketing leader: ROI-driven, AI-enabled, and deep in the data. This SVP will reimagine and accelerate how we generate demand, run integrated campaigns, and show up in the field and in market. You'll shape a clear, differentiated narrative for the AI-Ready Governance Platform, then turn it into scalable programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
This role is for a strategic and hands-on executive who is as comfortable in the martech stack and the performance dashboard as in the boardroom, and who partners with Sales as a true co-owner of growth. You'll use data, automation, and emerging AI tools to scale with efficiency and creativity.
Your Mission
- Set the global marketing vision, strategy, and priorities in alignment with company strategy and revenue goals, with clear accountability for pipeline and ROI.
- Reimagine and accelerate demand generation, building a modern, data-driven engine that scales efficiently and converts awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Design and run ROI-driven, integrated campaigns that connect brand, product, digital, and sales motions across the full buyer journey and buying committee.
- Elevate field and corporate marketing (events, executive engagement, regional programs, brand, and communications) so every dollar and moment of presence drives measurable commercial impact.
- Strengthen OneTrust's market narrative and category position, including awareness of the AI-Ready Governance Platform among enterprise buyers.
- Partner deeply with the CRO, Sales, and go-to-market leaders to align on target audiences, accounts, and markets, and to co-own pipeline goals, handoffs, enablement, and feedback loops.
- Partner with Product and business leaders to turn market, customer, and competitive insight into differentiated positioning, launches, thought leadership, and customer proof.
- Lead the modernization of marketing operations, data, and technology: build a martech and AI-enabled foundation that improves attribution, speed, personalization, and productivity.
- Establish clear goals and measurement that balance brand and category outcomes with demand, pipeline, conversion, and investment effectiveness. Make data-informed tradeoffs and reallocate budget toward what works.
- Lead, develop, and align a strong marketing leadership team across brand, corporate, product marketing, growth and demand generation, digital, field and partner marketing, customer marketing, and marketing operations. Foster accountability, collaboration, and a culture of experimentation.
- Represent Marketing as a strategic partner to the executive team and help the organization navigate change with clarity, sound judgment, and a focus on shared outcomes.
You Are/Have
- Significant senior marketing leadership experience leading a broad marketing organization in B2B technology or enterprise SaaS.
- A track record of building and scaling ROI-driven demand generation and integrated campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep fluency in data, analytics, and marketing technology (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, attribution, ABM, intent data), with hands-on comfort in the details when needed.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI and next-gen tools to scale marketing with greater efficiency, speed, and creativity, and to change how teams work.
- Experience leading field and corporate marketing that ties investment directly to pipeline and business outcomes.
- A proven record of partnering deeply with Sales, including shared goals, account prioritization, and joint accountability for results.
- Strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market motions and complex buying committees, and how Marketing works with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience.
- Experience translating company strategy into clear market positioning and integrated plans that balance long-term brand strength with near-term revenue goals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior teams, build talent, and influence executives and cross-functional partners in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to make complex technology and market shifts clear and compelling.
- Adaptability and sound judgment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on engagement when the business needs it.
