About the role
Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere.
- Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationships.
- Monitor Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity, Armored Car pick-up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed, Count Room Procedures, as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the property, including but not limited to the entrance and exits.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities related to the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program in accordance with Section A of the Bally’s Chicago Operating Co., LLC System of Internal Controls.
- Report irregularities, unusual, and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager, Director of Surveillance, and the Illinois Gaming Board Docksite Supervisor/Agent.
- Monitor and safeguard company assets.
- Protect the overall integrity of gaming at the casino.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- Target Salary Range: $23

Physical Demands Work Environment:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and remain seated for extended periods.
- Frequently required to distinguish and identify colors accurately.
- Occasionally required to work at heights exceeding 10 feet.
- Frequently required to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Frequently required to reach above shoulder level.
- Occasionally required to work in confined or restricted spaces for extended periods.
- May be exposed to bright lights, elevated noise levels, and fast-paced or high-pressure situations while performing job duties.
