About the role
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the purchasing department with administrative tasks, reports, calculations, and projects while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting - material productivity and projects including regular updates
- Preparation/dawnload of data from SAP/Lean DNA for calculations
- Collecting data/Certificates from our suppliers + databases
- Crerating of MDG tickets - master supplier data changes
- Support in communication with suppliers in cases of payment issues
- Assist with vendor evaluation and performance monitoring
- Perform general administrative duties to support the purchasing team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of purchasing or procurement processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

This trainee role offers exposure to all aspects of purchasing and supply chain management, with opportunities to progress into a full-time Commodity Buyer position upon successful completion of training and longer experience.
Pay Range:
Kč534,914.04-Kč1,066,620.24
