This is an 11-week paid learning experience where you’ll do real work, not busywork. You’ll build relationships with other interns and leaders across the company, and you’ll be paired with mentors who will challenge you to grow skills that matter. What It's Like:

My team delivers end to end AI-Native solutions for churn retention, cross and upsell for revenue generation, and AI for IT. IT for IT is a broad term for solving IT related problems using AI. Our work has an impact on how we provide customer care, and how T-Mobile conducts the marketing campaigns for cross and upsell of our products and services. In the process, we generate over $100M incremental revenue every year that is directly attributed to the AI-Native solutions that we developed, deployed and maintain.

What You'll Do:

You will work with senior AI Engineers to develop, deploy, and maintain production grade AI-Native solutions. You will get to work, learn and interact with a world class talent that will be working on cutting edge, high impact, customer facing care, retail, marketing and similar initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement analysis, data processing, model development and evaluation (LLMs mainly), and deployment, integration and maintenance.

What It Takes:

A relevant undergrad enrollment is a minimum requirement, enrollment in Masters program and any relevant certifications and/or experience are a plus

Minimum Qualifications  

• At least 18 years of age 
• Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future  
• Must have one or more course(s) remaining in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program post internship 
• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for external Summer Internships, please see Magenta Accelerator if interested  
   

Relocation assistance will be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. 

Intern wages range from $27/hour to $50/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
