Subway - Assistant ManagerWe are looking for someone who’s interested in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Store Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.You’ll be the reason guests keep coming back!About the roleAs an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time. DutiesProvide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the storeProvide a great training experience of onboarding team membersMonitor stock levels and product wastageManaging deliveriesEnsuring health and safety standards are upheld with the storeRosteringDeveloping plans to drive sales and improve customer experienceSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in Retail or HospitalityPrevious leadership experience is desired but not necessaryAbility to lead a team environmentGreat communication skillsAble to work in a team environmentOrganisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasksWhat’s great about working at Subway?We care about you!
