You will gain firsthand experience using Microsoft artificial intelligence tools in account management and contribute to new ways of working as technology evolves.

As the Strategic Account Technology Strategist for Banking and Capital Markets, you will serve as a trusted partner to customer executives, translating technology opportunities into long-term business strategies. You will bring together engineering, industry, and partner resources around complex opportunities, connect customer needs with Microsoft innovation, and help create customer stories that inform future priorities. Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy discussions with customer executives, connecting business priorities with long-term technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.Build trusted relationships with strategic banking and capital markets customers, bringing customer insights and feedback to internal teams.Orchestrate engineering, industry, and partner resources across Japan and global teams to advance complex customer opportunities.Use industry knowledge and customer context to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence and cloud solutions that support business transformation.Develop and maintain account plans, stakeholder engagement approaches, and execution frameworks for strategic customer relationships.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 7+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience
equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 14+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience
equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in digital transformation or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
4+ years experience in business consulting, consultative selling, or change management.
5+ years experience leading technical, support, and/or partner teams.
