Senior SAP Finance Consultant (P4) – Tax, AP, Banking & FSCM

Position Title

Senior SAP Finance Consultant (P4) – Taxation, Accounts Payable, Banking & FSCM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Finance Consultant (P4 level) to lead and support the design, implementation, enhancement, and operational support of SAP Finance solutions across Taxation, Accounts Payable (AP), Banking, and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work across global Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and IT teams.

The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, drive process standardization, support transformation initiatives, and ensure stable operations of Finance systems in a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Taxation

• Lead SAP design and support activities related to indirect and direct tax processes.
• Configure and maintain tax procedures, tax codes, withholding tax, and reporting requirements.
• Support integration with external tax engines and e-invoicing solutions.
• Partner with Tax teams to assess regulatory changes and implement compliant solutions.
• Support global tax reporting, audits, and statutory requirements.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Manage end-to-end AP processes including vendor invoice processing, payment execution, credit/debit memos, and vendor account management.
• Drive AP process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Support invoice automation and touchless processing solutions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and business teams on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integrations.
• Resolve complex AP issues and provide root cause analysis.

Banking & Treasury

• Support SAP Banking, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), payments, cash management, and bank connectivity processes.
• Work with Treasury teams on cash positioning, liquidity management, and payment operations.
• Support Host-to-Host (H2H), SWIFT, and other bank integration solutions.
• Manage bank account setup, payment formats, and bank reconciliation processes.
• Drive banking transformation and automation initiatives.

FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)

• Support FSCM modules including: Credit Management Collections Management Dispute Management Cash Management Treasury integrations
• Design and enhance credit risk assessment and customer credit processes.
• Partner with Order-to-Cash teams to improve working capital and cash collection efficiency.
• Support FSCM reporting and analytics.

SAP Delivery & Transformation

• Lead workshops and gather business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution development.
• Drive system testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and roadmap activities.
• Evaluate standard SAP capabilities and minimize custom development.
• Participate in data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Operational Support

• Provide Level 3 support for critical production incidents.
• Perform impact assessments for new business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal control requirements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8-12+ years of SAP Finance experience.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in: SAP FI SAP AP SAP Banking SAP FSCM SAP Taxation
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or global enterprise environments.
• Exposure to: SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) E-Invoicing SAP Treasury SAP Cash Management SAP Group Reporting BlackLine and related Finance applications
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Knowledge of AI-driven Finance automation and intelligent invoice processing. Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness,exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabledenhancements within one’s scope of work.
