SRC Technician

Bring your energy to Aggreko as SRC Technician based in Dubai.
 

You will report to the lead technician, and will be responsible for the refurbishment, repair & maintenance of Aggreko equipment. Ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll do as SRC Technician :

• Assembly of Aggreko products in accordance with work instructions and quality control documentation
• Diagnosis/Repair/Assembly/Overhaul/Refurb/Testing of Aggreko Products·      
• Assembly of Fuel and Cooling system hoses, pipes and fittings·       Assembly & Sub-Assembly of fabricated components·      
• Mating and torquing of flange assemblies.·   
• Use of air/power tools, hand tools, torque tools and measuring equipment·      
• Working to the high-quality standards of the business and escalating quality issues when they arise·    
•  Work in an effective manner with the direct team members and wider cross-functional teams where required.·
• Involvement in Continuous Improvement projects and activities·       Maintaining work area in a safe and tidy working condition·  
• Working strictly in accordance with company policies, procedures & processes
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Perform electrical system servicing to defined service intervals and in line with standard operating procedures and work instructions.

You are:·      

• Experience Working in the power generation field.
• Knowledge on Mechanical and Electrical repairs
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with a strong knowledge of Service and repair methods with experience of assembling electrical systems.
• Understand and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience of working on mechanical components would also be desirable but not essential.
• Strong computer analytics.
• Leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time, to a high level of quality and accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
