- Manage multiple financial reporting and project control priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Between 5 and 8 years of relevant professional experience in project controls, financial management, cost accounting, or project financial analysis.
- Mandatory experience working with multiple contract types, including firm-fixed-price, fixed-price with economic price adjustment, fixed-price incentive, cost-reimbursement, cost-sharing, cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and time-and-materials contracts.
- Strong understanding of project financial management, cost control methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze project expenditures across labor, travel, materials, subcontractors, and other direct costs.
- Experience developing and maintaining project forecasts, Estimates at Complete (EAC), and financial performance reports.
