Job Description
Help shape the employee experience for NIQ’s Sales team in Mexico. As a trusted HR partner, you’ll guide managers through people decisions, support talent and performance, and help teams navigate change. You’ll bring local expertise to a global HR community, turning people priorities into meaningful business outcomes.
What you will do
- Connect people priorities to the business. Partner with leaders to translate regional and global people strategies into local action, informed by workforce data and business needs.
- Bring confidence and care to employee relations. Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and labor matters; manage sensitive cases and investigations with HR and Legal partners.
- Strengthen talent and team performance. Support talent reviews, succession planning, employee development, engagement, and retention.
- Help teams navigate change. Guide organizational change, restructuring, redeployment, and employee exits with care and sound judgment.
- Support key moments in the employee journey. Coordinate compensation and benefits processes, key hiring and onboarding activities, and employee mobility with specialist teams.
- Build reliable and simpler HR practices. Maintain compliance with Mexican employment requirements and NIQ policies, ensure accurate Workday data, and simplify HR processes.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Market HR, an HR generalist role, employee relations, or a comparable position.
- Experience advising managers on performance, employee relations, and organizational change, with knowledge of Mexican employment and labor requirements.
- Strong relationship building, practical judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Experience with HR systems and analytics, ideally Workday and Power BI or comparable tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
