Job Requisition: Service Owner
About the role
We're looking for a Product Owner to help shape and deliver our platform. You'll turn business needs into clear priorities, guide the team from idea to release, and make sure what we build creates real value for customers and colleagues. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, and you'll be trusted to take ownership of your product area from start to finish.
What you'll do
Own the product backlog. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize work based on value, risk, and effort.
Set and communicate the product vision and roadmap and keep them current as needs change.
Use Jira Product Discovery to capture ideas, evaluate options, and share the reasoning behind priorities.
Partner with engineering teams throughout delivery. You'll help clear blockers, answer questions quickly, and make sure releases meet the agreed outcomes.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders. You'll gather their needs, manage expectations, and explain trade-offs and decisions in plain language.
