This is an entry-level role that requires some basic knowledge of retirement plans and follows established procedures designed to minimize market risks and gain/loss situations. This role is responsible for asset mapping entry based on fund mapping strategies associated with wires received from prior record keepers. This role will also be responsible for QC and Posting of wires.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Asset mapping entry of wires received that are less complex in nature

• Process and QA of wires received

• Process daily wires including pushing money to associated funds

• Coordinate plan-to-plan transfers

• Process residual wires

• Process refunds

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent problem solving, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
• Experience working with 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans preferred
• Strong analytical/problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST. Should be flexible to work in rotational shift
• Basic mathematical skills

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as but not limited to; computers, phones. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to concentrate, talk and hear. This role is regularly required to type, reach with hands and arms, sit for long periods of time, read, write, listen, verbally communicate, present information, respond to questions, problem solve, concentrate and tolerated stress. Many duties will be done while sitting at a desk and working on a computer
