Smart Hyundai is growing, and we just moved into our newly built location. We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional car-buying experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
As part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, a family-owned company with 24 locations across 5 states, you’ll get the stability and support of an established organization, along with the culture of a close-knit team that treats people like family.
What You’ll Do
- Structure and present vehicle financing, leasing, and protection products to customers in a clear, honest, and professional way
- Work with a network of lenders to secure approvals and competitive rates
- Prepare and complete accurate deal documentation in line with all state and federal compliance requirements
- Partner with the sales team to keep deals moving and customers happy
- Build trust with customers so they leave confident in their purchase and eager to come back
- Help meet and exceed dealership goals for finance performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive finance experience (F&I experience in a dealership setting)
- Working knowledge of lending, leasing, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license
- A team-first attitude and a commitment to integrity
