Ski Guest Services Lead Supervisor

Job Summary

Position requires excellent customer service and leadership skills, good phone etiquette, computer skills, and working knowledge of ski area and resort operations. Staff, manage, and oversee day-to-day operations of Ski Office, including Office Staff and Ski Area Host. Work closely with Guest Services Operation Manager, and other Ski Area Management, to ensure service and operational standards are being upheld.

Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and point of sale experience

• Previous leadership experience

Compensation

• Pay: $17.00/Hour

Core Responsibilities

• Schedule Ski Office Staff and Ski Area Host; schedule accordingly to account for peak guest traffic and labor efficiency
• Assist with training Ski Office staff, under guidance of Management
• Assist guests with making purchases with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
• Adhere to greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing complaints in a polite and courteous manner
• Handle and accept responsibility for large sums of money and ensure all register transactions are accurate
• Maintain team motivation by providing regular guidance, support and leadership
• Other duties assigned by management
