About the role
a. Monitor, control and ensure total compliance of all safety, health and environment - legal and corporate requirements of the company.
b. Anticipate, prevent and eliminate all unsafe conditions and practices on the site that could lead to occupational injuries and illnesses.
c. Maintain the SHE Management System in full compliance and provide training if necessary.
d. Review and update all procedures per the OHSMS & EMS for total adherence. Conduct periodic audit to ensure the conformance.
e. Continuously monitoring exposure limits of noise, dust, chemicals, gases etc. Periodic condition checks to be done.
f. Actively involved in hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control on the site in the spirit of continuous improvement.
g. Totally responsible for the total fire protection system on the site (management of & the physical condition).
h. Lead and coordinate 6S activities with the various functional department.
i. Manage the scheduled waste - generation, storage until disposal.
j. All other task assigned by the management.
