General Description
This position plays an important role as part of the disbursement of new loan accounting entries, also are responsible for managing maintenance and service requests for consumer credit products on the Bank's internal platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist and support internal and external customers through phone calls.
- Responsible for the disbursement of new loan entries through internal platforms.
- Execute the demographics customer data updates.
- Ensure the integrity of the information entered in the systems.
- Prepare and deliver customer letters related to existing loans.
- Manage maintenance at product level within the accounting applications.
Education
24 approved credits in Business Administration (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
At least (1) year of experience in customer service.
Two (2) years of experience working in credit products or other related areas is preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong relationship building/influencing skills to execute work effectively when resources are not within their control.
- Ability to work under pressure and with multiple tasks at the same time.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills (preferred).
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Spanish. (Intermediate to Advanced level)

Work Schedule
Candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM.
