Title: Service Operations Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary:

Team member who operates with no supervision for majority of issues but may need direction from others for more complex issues.  Monitors customers network and reacts appropriately. Provides first level support assistance to customers

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate communication to the help desk of newly identified problems or workarounds and fixes to existing problems
• Outlier Management and escalations
• Follows pre-defined escalation, action and troubleshooting procedures.
• Proactive inactive monitoring
• Create, edit and modify chronic events

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of related experience

Skill Requirements:

• Effective communication required in English, local language, or both, depending on service needs.
• Active listening, verbal and written proficiency, etc.
• Ability to follow and execute against pre-defined processes and procedures.
• Basic SW understanding (MS Suite, Phone, etc.)
• ATM HW and SW basic knowledge
• Business expertise
• Technical Troubleshooting knowledge
