We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Conveniently located near Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort, Belfair offers more than a workplace—it’s a destination. With two Food & Beverage outlets, including our newly renovated Bistro, we are seeking enthusiastic, service-driven Full-Time and Part-Time Servers to join our exceptional team.

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and service standards.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are accurate and properly presented.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental operations.

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
• Alcohol server certification required within 30 days of hire for associates serving alcohol; certification costs covered by Belfair.
