Description
Arnie’s Restaurant at Blue Bell Country Club is looking for a friendly, reliable Server to join our team!
If you enjoy working with people, providing great service, and being part of a team, we’d love to meet you. Previous serving experience is required, and country club experience is a plus.
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Must be available to work scheduled shifts Tuesday through Sunday
- Greet guests with a friendly smile.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Refill drinks and provide coffee and dessert service.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
- Work well with team members and management.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of serving experience; country club experience preferred.
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Must follow all applicable laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.
